Georgie Biggs

Art Therapist

Georgie Biggs has a Masters in Art Therapy from the University of Hertfordshire, UK and a BA Honours in Psychology from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.  She is also a parent, qualified Life Coach and has experience in capabilities/ training, organisational change and teaching.


She has worked as an Art Therapist at both mainstream and special needs primary and secondary schools in the UK (working with children with emotional-behavioural difficulties, autism, learning difficulties, self-esteem and social interaction challenges and physical disability).  Georgie has also worked with physically and mentally disabled children in the US and South Africa.  


Beyond schools, Georgie has worked with adolescents at The Priory, Roehampton and adults at: HM Prison Send, Surrey; The Royal Hospital for NeuroDisability, Putney; and The Adult Mental Health Day Hospital, Fordwych Rd, West Hampstead. She has also worked within the corporate environment, interpreting interpersonal and leadership dynamics, towards enabling organisational change.  


She is a member of BAAT (The British Association of Art Therapists) and is registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council).
